Crab Curry

Ingredients :

4

Large crabs.

100 gms

Red onion, sliced.

2

Green chillies, chopped.

3-1/2 Tbsp roasted curry powder.
2 tsp Turmeric powder.
½ tsp Chilli powder.

1 tsp

Fenugreek.
2 Pieces gamboges, chopped.
1 Spring curry leaves.
Cups water.
4 Cups thick coconut milk.
½ tsp Mustard powder.
Juice of one lime.

Instructions :

Salt & pepper, to taste Preparation Method Clean crabs and divide each into 4 pieces. Place into large pan, add all ingredients except coconut milk, mustard powder, lime juice and salt. Bring to a boil, add coconut milk and allow to simmer for 10 minutes. Add lime juice, mustard powder and salt. Stir for a few minutes until flavours are married. Remove from heat and serve hot .
