Duck Curry

Ingredients :

1 kg

Duck

1/4 cup

Oil

1/2 cup

Onions sliced

2 tsp Ginger slices
18 Garlic cloves
6 Slit green chilies
2 tblsp Vinegar
Salt to taste
(B)
2 tblsp Coriander powder
2 tsp Chili powder
1/4 tsp Turmeric powde
1/4 tsp Pepper powder
2 Cinnamon pieces
6 Cloves
4 Cardamom pods
(C)
1 cup thick coconut milk
2 cups grated coconut
3 cups coconut milk
4 potatoes
(D)
1 tblsp oil
1 tsp ghee
1 tsp mustard 
2 tsp onion sliced, curry leaves few

Instructions :

Grind the ingredients in B to a fine paste Sauté onions in oil. add ginger, garlic, and green chilies. sautéand add meat, vinegar and salt. stir in the thin coconut milk cover the pan with a deep lid containing water Add the potatoes when the meat is almost done . when the potatoes are cooked add thick coconut milk and remove from fire.

 
Heat oil and ghee. fry mustard onion and curry leaves. add to the curry. serve hot
