Grate boiled potatoes and
paneer. Then add chopped green chilies, plain flour and salt. Mix well and knead it together. Then divide into equal sized balls. Now deep fry these koftas in hot oil until slightly coloured. Keep aside. Boil the finely chopped onions. Cool and make a paste in a mixer. Similarly boil the tomatoes cut into large pieces and then sieve them through a strainer to get a fine paste. Heat oil in a pan and add the boiled paste of onions to it. Add to it ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, coriander-cumin seeds powder and salt. Mix well and cook for a minute. Now add the tomato paste, red chili powder and cook for few minutes on slow flame. Then add the garam
masala. Now add the cream and little water as required. Then bring it to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes on a slow flame. Before serving put in the koftas in the hot gravy and garnish with coriander leaves. |
