Mushroom Adraki

Ingredients :

300 gms

Mushroom

1 ½ cup

Chopped onion

2 tbsp

Chopped ginger

1 tsp Cumin seeds 
¾ cup  Chopped tomato
1 tsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Red chilli powder
1 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Chopped green chilli
1 tbsp Chopped green coriander
2 tbsp Oil 
1 tsp Garam masala powder
Salt to taste

Instructions :

Clean and cut mushrooms into quarters. Heat oil in a kadai. Add cumin seeds and let it crackle. Add chopped onions and saute' until light golden brown. Add chopped ginger, green chillies, coriander powder, turmeric powder and salt. Cook for one minute. Add chopped tomatoes and red chilli powder and cook till the fat leaves the masala. Add mushrooms and cover. Cook for another 10 minutes on a medium flame. Add garam masala powder. Open the lid and cook for 5 minutes on a high flame. Sprinkle chopped green coriander and serve hot.
