Bangalore to host Asia's biggest IT event 

Bangalore, Oct 15: Asia's biggest Information Technology and Telecom Event 'Bangalore IT.Com' will be held here from November One to five, Karnataka Information Technology Secretary Vivek Kulkarni said today. 

Talking to newsmen here, he said that this year's event would be on a much enhanced scale although the world was experiencing recession following globalisation. Apart from trade show, conferences and company lectures, this year's event would include three more events. 

The Global Buyer Seller Meet, to be organised this year, was expected to provide a forum for structured networking wherein a separate cell would be formed to help those desirous of having to achieve the specific value added networking by meeting the executives exclusively. Besides, there would also be a conference on Software Engineering to be attended by professionals from across the world on November four. 

He said there would be a special panel discussion on the theme ''there is more to future'' to understand the challenges and prepare plan.
